At Senior & Dickson our moulding shop contains 9 injection moulding machines with a range from 70 tonne to 250 tonne clamp force. These are supported by a number of 'pick and place' robots as well as raw material processing equipment (driers, mixers and re-grinding).
We have experience in processing the more common polymers - Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) as well as the specialised materials Polyvinylchloride (PVC), Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), Glass filled Nylon (GFPA) and Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
Post moulding processes include drilling, tapping and full product assembly. |
